RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.
  • Some items may have special return terms, please refer to the product page for details.
  • Customized items, food, and personal care products are not eligible for return.
  • We accept order cancellations within 24 hours before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation request is made before the shipping time and within the specified period for cancellations, the order can be canceled.However, once the product has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive the return and confirm that it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. It may take some time for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will send you a return confirmation and a return label (if applicable).
  3. Mail the item(s) back to the designated address along with the return label.
